An ergonomic mouse that fits like a glove. The entire hand rests into a sculpted, 25° angled shape, rather than gripping a standard mouse shell.
Fits like a glove
A curved finger support follows the fingers’ natural posture, a lower thumb platform keeps the thumb neutral, and continuous palm support sits at a natural 25° angle.
Pressure is distributed across the fingers, thumb and palm together, rather than concentrated at a single grip point.
Less gripping, more resting
Because the hand rests into the shape rather than gripping it, control comes from gravity rather than a static hold — reducing the gripping and pinching that builds up over a working day.
The tapered back gradually inclines the hand and arm, encouraging cursor movement from the whole arm instead of wrist-only maneuvers.

Is this mouse available for left-handed use?
No — the HandshoeMouse Original Large Wireless is right-hand only. HandshoeMouse does make left-hand models in their range, but this particular large wireless version is right-handed.
How do I know if “Large” is the right size for my hand?
HandshoeMouse sizes to hand length rather than a generic small/medium/large label — if you’re unsure which size suits you, ask our Occupational Therapy team before ordering.
Does it work wired and wireless, or do I have to choose?
Both are built in. Connect the USB-A cable for wired use (which also charges the internal battery), or plug in the 2.4GHz receiver and it pairs automatically for wireless use.

Do I need to install software?
